Small businesses use ThinkForce to make short marketing videos: product demos, tips, behind-the-scenes clips and promotions. The TikTok integration saves the step of downloading each video to a phone and uploading it again.
- Your account only. Each user connects the TikTok account they own or manage. ThinkForce is not a tool for posting to other people's accounts.
- Drafts only. Videos land in your TikTok inbox. You add sounds, effects and a caption, and choose who can see it, in the TikTok app.
- One click per video. A video is only sent when you click Send to TikTok for that video.
Four steps, and you are in control of each one.
1. Connect TikTok
In ThinkForce, click Connect TikTok and log in on TikTok's own page. ThinkForce then shows your TikTok display name and profile picture, so you always know which account is connected.
2. Make a video
Ask your agents for a short video. It appears in your ThinkForce chat or mission board, where you can watch it, edit it or ask for changes.
3. Send it as a draft
Under the video, click Send to TikTok. You see a preview, the connected account and a box for your caption. Click Send to TikTok as draft. ThinkForce shows the upload status.
4. Finish in TikTok
Open TikTok and tap the inbox notification. Edit the video, paste your caption, choose who can see it and post it. It can take a few minutes for the draft to arrive.
What we ask TikTok for, and why.
We only request the two permissions the feature needs. We do not request permission to post publicly for you, to read your videos or to read your account statistics.

What we store
- The access and refresh tokens TikTok gives us after you connect, stored encrypted and used only to carry out uploads you request.
- Your TikTok account ID and display name, to show which account is connected.
- A record of each draft you send (the time and TikTok's upload status), so you can see whether it arrived.
What we never do
- Upload a video without your click.
- Post publicly or change your account settings.
- Add watermarks or ThinkForce branding to your videos.
- Sell your TikTok data or use it for advertising.
Disconnecting
Click Disconnect in the Send to TikTok window at any time. We ask TikTok to revoke our access and delete the stored tokens. You can also remove ThinkForce from the apps connected to your account in TikTok's settings.
Deleting your data
To delete your ThinkForce account and everything connected to it, including TikTok tokens and draft records, contact us using the details on the contact page. The full details are in our Privacy Policy.
TikTok integration FAQ
Does ThinkForce post to my TikTok account?
No. ThinkForce only sends a video to your TikTok inbox as a draft when you click Send to TikTok as draft. You decide whether to post it, and you post it yourself in the TikTok app.
Why is my caption not on the draft?
TikTok does not let apps attach a caption to a draft. ThinkForce copies your caption so you can paste it when you finish the post in TikTok.
How long does a draft take to arrive?
It can take a few minutes for TikTok to process the video. ThinkForce shows the status from TikTok until the video is in your inbox.
Is there a limit?
TikTok allows up to 5 drafts from apps waiting in your inbox within 24 hours. Post or delete some drafts in TikTok to send more.
Can I connect someone else's account?
Only connect an account you own or are authorised to manage. ThinkForce is designed for businesses and creators managing their own TikTok presence.
